Accessibility Statement
I’m deeply committed to ensuring that my services and website are accessible to all, especially to our neurodivergent and disabled clients. Here’s how I’m working towards this goal:
Website Accessibility
- Current Status: My website is continuously evolving in terms of accessibility. I’m actively learning and making changes to enhance accessibility for everyone.
- Welcoming Feedback: Your experiences and insights are invaluable. If you come across any barriers while using the website, please let me know. Your feedback is crucial in guiding my improvements, and I strive to address issues efficiently.
Service Accessibility
- Flexible Consultations: Understanding that each client’s needs are unique, I offer flexible and adaptable 1:1 consultation services to accommodate various requirements.
- Inclusive Communication: All my live calls and video recordings come with captions and transcriptions to ensure they are accessible to a wider audience, including those with hearing impairments.
Continuous Improvement
- Adapting to Accessibility Standards: In line with the Accessible British Columbia Act, I am working on developing and updating an accessibility plan focusing on inclusion, adaptability, diversity, collaboration, self-determination, and universal design. This plan will evolve to better identify, remove, and prevent barriers.
- Feedback Mechanism: I am also establishing a process for receiving and responding to your feedback about accessibility. Your insights will be instrumental in the ongoing revision and improvement of my accessibility plan.
Your Role
- Open Dialogue: I encourage you to reach out if you have specific accessibility needs or suggestions. I aim to create an environment where you feel supported and valued.
