Frequently Asked Questions
I specialize in providing school advocacy coaching and consulting for parents of neurodivergent children. My services include 1:1 consultations, support at school meetings, and assistance with navigating the education system in Canada. I also offer training courses and a community for parent advocates.
While I am based in British Columbia, I offer my services across Canada. Thanks to digital technology, I can support clients nationwide.
If you’re seeking personalized advice and support regarding your neurodivergent child’s educational needs, a 1:1 consultation is ideal. This allows me to address your specific concerns and develop a tailored advocacy plan.
You can use AFU funds by submitting a Request to Pay (RTP) and getting it approved. Detailed information about this process is available on my AFU Funding page.
I ask that my clients obtain AFU pre-approval before booking a consultation. However, in urgent situations, please contact me directly to discuss your options. Read more about my AFU policies.
In the rare case that AFU declines your RTP request, you will be responsible for paying for the services directly. I recommend discussing potential scenarios during our initial consultation.
